Delnaaz Irani has played the recurring role of Kavita Vinod Verma in the popular sitcom Yes Boss.

In 2003, she made her first theatrical film appearance as Jaspreet “Sweetu” Kapoor in the Hindi-language romantic comedy-drama film, Kal Ho Naa Ho, starring Jaya Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Saif Ali Khan, and Preity Zinta.

Delnaaz was cast as Tanya Berry in the 2006 romantic drama film, Humko Deewana Kar Gaye, which stars Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif, Anil Kapoor, and Bipasha Basu.
